Chapter 8 of the Local SEO, AEO & GEO course notes, from Sir Khurram Malik's lecture of 28 April 2026.
"Practice, and stay focused!" (Sir Khurram Malik)
1. Identify and avoid AI detection words
- Ask an AI: "Which words make content look AI-written?"
- Make a list of those words.
- Avoid them while writing.
Do not depend on the same AI: use variety.1
2. Extract semantic entities
- Method 1, SEO tools: topical relevance and insights.
- Method 2, Wikipedia: search the main keyword, copy the content, and give it to an AI: "Extract semantic entities".
- Method 3, Google Maps reviews (GMB): search the main keyword, open GMB, copy the review highlights and use them as semantic entities.
- Method 4, the Harpa tool: extract semantic entities directly from a Wikipedia page.
Implementation: give the entities to the AI with the instruction "Use these naturally in the content."1
3. Improve EEAT: the YouTube method
- Search the main keyword on YouTube (e.g. dentist + location).
- Pick relevant videos and get their transcriptions.
- Give them to ChatGPT to understand the local language and the real user tone.
Benefit: experience, expertise, authority and trust improve, and the content becomes hyper-local.1
4. Question-based content for AEO, GEO and AI Overviews
Where to get questions:
- People Also Ask (Google)
- AnswerThePublic
- Google Search Console
- Answer Socrates
- LinkedIn / Reddit / Quora / Medium
- GMB reviews1
5. The final content creation process
Step 1: prepare
- Identify and avoid AI words.
- Extract semantic entities.
- Collect questions.
- Get the headings ready (content planning).
Step 2: write with AI
- Give the AI the headings + entities + questions + instructions.
- Have it generate the content.
Step 3: test and refine
- Write with ChatGPT, re-check with Claude.
- If mistakes turn up, have them corrected.
Step 4: human touch
- Add a natural flow; do not leave it reading like a robot.1
Quick summary
| Step | How |
|---|---|
| AI words | Identify and avoid |
| Semantic entities | Wikipedia / GMB / Harpa |
| Questions | PAA / Reddit / Quora / GSC |
| EEAT | YouTube transcripts for the local tone |
| Testing | Write with ChatGPT, check with Claude |
