This whole document is from the Exact Roadmap: How to Start Using Keyword class of Sir Zakria Afzal's Etsy course on YouTube, a separate course from the iSkills Etsy module.
The roadmap
- If you are still a beginner and do not know a keyword or a niche, ask ChatGPT. It will give you a lot of keywords and seeds.
- Put them into eRank, look at them step by step, and keep taking out the ones that meet the criteria.
- Put each keyword you find into ChatGPT and ask whether it is copyright or trademark. If it is not, that is your keyword.1
One keyword, one shop
Once you find one good keyword, build your whole shop on it.1
Getting more keywords out of a keyword
- You can take more keywords out of a keyword. For example, wall art is a keyword, and wall and art inside it are separate keywords.
- Just keep spying and reverse engineering, and you will find a lot of keywords. To sort them, you can use Niche Deck.1
